Donald has extensive knowledge working within the Occupational Health & Safety profession in the pulp and paper and hydro electric industries developing policies and procedures, and training programs.

His comprehensive experience in the Emergency Rescue and Fire Services has provided a solid foundation developing emergency procedures, rescue plans, and conducting rescues.
